The famous Chee Yin Temple in the Ta-Sian Mountain is located
in the hillside of this beautiful mountaineous range.Facing the
landscape of the mountains withthe dragons and tigers embracing
each other and looks like higher and higher, and embracing the pneuma
of the 9 mountains and 5 lakes,the Chee Yin Temple has indeed the
advangeous position. With its grand and magnificent look, the greeneries
in the surroundings are full of living spirits and the mountainerous
rangers and valley are just like the senior monks secluded in the
jungles, during the recreation no brilliant wisdom has been lost
from him.

| All the construction of Chee Yin Temple in the Ta-Sian Mountain
adopted the formulation of the Chinese traditional palace style, and
mised with the modern work desugns. Internally,it has the arch and
flying eaves. The delicate and exquisite workmanship is indeed admired
by all. As the Chief of the Committee of the temple Lin Chee Sian
is an expert in the theory of Wu Sin and the YiGin, hence during preliminary
stage of the establishment of the temple, Mr.Lin is skillful in the
location positioning and structuring in the wooden compilations. For
example, the 28 astrological factors from the reference of heavenly
stem and earthly branches are located in each corner of the whole
temple respectively. As each tablet has been placed to symbolize the
location. Such as the letters beneath the eaves of the front entrance
temple are read as: horse,deer,snake,dragons,pig,tiger,rabbit, leopard,cow,bat,rat,swallow,chicken,sheep,bird,etc.
And such as the coloring of the frequency of the five elements to
achieve its harmony and beauty. And owings to the five elements such
as Gin, Mok, Sui, Huaw, Toh, are all have their affiliation, such
as the Gin is belonging to the white, the toh is belonging to yellow
etc. Therefore the 2 colors of the appearance in the Chee Yin Temple
is yellow and white. That is based on the creational theory of "Gin
creates Sui(water) and Toh(Earth) creates Gin" and symboises the meanings
of everlasting. |

| When the delicat pilgrims are admiring the architecture of Chee
Yin Temple, they may discover the sculptures of phoenix on the eaves
and simultaneously looking upon the direction of the sacred sanctuary.
According to the Chairman Mr.Lin, the good character of chinese women
is to assist the husbands and to teach the children, there is the
so-called 3 obediences and 4 good characters must be followed. Therefore
the traditional women will base on the family after marriage, and
ignore frequently the studyings themselves. Therefore, the phoenix
sculpturing on the eaves is to provide indications to the female believers
and pilgrims do not terminate their studyings easily and must be faithful
to Taoism. The sayings of the Chairman Mr.Lin can perhaps remind thousands
of believers who have forgotten their living purposes and from here,
we realize the layout of every piece of article in the Chee Yin Temple
is skillfully designed and with the special meanings. |

| The master of gods worshipped by Chee Yin Temple incluide 3 religions
namely Confucianism(Confucius), Buddhism(Buddhist)and Taoism(Lau Tze).
The Committee Chairman of the temple and the Secretary General of
the Yee Kuan Tao Mr.Lin Chee Sian pointed out that the joy of Confucion
is originated from the harmony of good deeds performance and harmony
of people. The joy of Buddhism isw from the general sailing(saving)
of the masses, and delivering happiness to all, and the joy of Taoism
is relied upon the harmony of people and nature, that is the so-called"The
theory of doing nothing". Therefore, harmony can be described as the
center of joyous spirits of three religions mentioned above. Although
the 3 religions are of different origins, they are in fact in align
with each other and do not in contrast with one another. That is the
deep concept of "Our theory is persistent". |

| The first floor Ta-Siung Treasure Hall in the Chee Yin Temple is
Kuan Yin Sanctuary. The front shrine worship the Kuan Yin Buddha with
thousand hads and thousand eyes, on both siders there are Nan-Hai
Buddha and Giving-Birth Kuan Yin. The sanctuary is wide and clean,
without any dust, and made people automatically paying respects to
the gods solemnly when they are touched by the atmosphere. The second
floor of Ta-Siung Treasure Hall is "Treasure Sanctuary of 3 Saints".
The middle shrine worships the Master of Taoism(Lau Tze) and the right
shrine worships the Buddha. This sanctuary is the holy ground of the
combination of the 3 religions. Anyone who have entered into the sanctuary
and pray with both hands faithfully, there is no boundary in the beliefs.

The back hall worships the Miler Buddha, the left shrine worships
the "Chii Gong" statue which is hardly seen usually. This grand
and clear-cut statue is very much different from the formulation
of the general Chii Gong statue (dressed ruggedly and with smelly
alcohols) seen in all the temples throughout the province. The right
shrine worships the Tai-Yin Her Majesty who is holding the moon
with hands. Besides, the right side of the hall has a briefing room,
with the capacity of 155 persons approsimately.

| What the Chee Yin Temple seek to achieve actively is the performance
of the truth of Yee Kuan Tao since its establishment,this is also
the religious gift and strangth to save the weaks and the poors as
we would like to see. This is a secluded clean land which has no other
disputes with the outside earthly world, and is a piece of land to
care for the bitterness of millions of people. |
