■THE SPIRITUAL LEGEND IN TA-SIAN MOUNTAIN
The Ta-Sian Mountain in the legend has a mysterious coloration, just like the fairy tales of 3 mounts and 5 peaks, possessing pages of ancient legend. And these legends have not only established the foundation of beliefs in Ta-Sian Mountain, but also have opened the door of heritage inheritance which is everlasting for thousands of years. It is said that Ta-Sian Mountain, is originally an unknown deserted mountain, bushy and uncultivated. During the morning and evening, a fragrance smell will be spread from the hillsides, and it was then known as "Ta-Sian Mountain" by local inhabitants, meaning the great fragrance mountain. Another saying is more attractive. About 100 years ago, an old man by surveying the landscape has found that the spiritual place with clear mountain and fair water has implicitly possessed the established fortunes of fairyland and will become the foundation of preaching after 100 years. The grandscale Chee Yin Temple has sprung up, the ancient tales are compatible with the legend of temple estabishment, combined into a stream of belief which is encouraging.
 
The phoenix turn-over on the ridge of the roof represented the meaning that the women still have to study the Taoism with high spirit and shall not terminate their hardwork in studies,apart from the responsibility of assisting the husband and educating the children.
 
　　On the twilight when the mountain is still covered by a film of fluttering clouds, groups of mountaineers have already climbing up and spreading on the hillsides of the mountaineous greenaries, just like an alignment of pilgrims teams, stepping towards the journey of pilgrimage, step by step with sweats. This is the first place visited by the sunlight every morning. Every block of brilliant and noble palace buildings have been shined by beams of lights of everyone who are praying for calmness and peacefulness. THis famous mountain resort in Sin-Tien City is the Chee Yin Temple in the Ta-Sian Mountain located in the roadsides of Pei-Yee Highway(Mee Tam Li in Sin-Tien City)
 
The architecture of Chee Yin Temple is planned by the Committee Chairman Mr. Lim Chee Sian, every pillar and every girder have the meaning of 5 elem- ents in beneath. 。
